Basic Waffle

Makes about 12 squares                                                                                                                                    
Ingredients                                                                                                                                           3 Eggs 
250g Caster Sugar
200g Self Raising Flour
300ml Milk
100ml Whipping Cream
50g Melted Butter

1. Heat up the waffle maker, brush with butter or margarine.

2. Melt butter and leave to cool.

3. Place eggs and caster sugar into a mixing bowl,
use balloon whisk to whisk until creamy.

4. Add flour and mix evenly. Gradually add in the
milk and mix until well combined.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk whipping cream until
slightly stiff. Manually fold in to mixture.

6. Finally fold in the melted butter and mix well.

7. Scoop mixture onto the waffle maker and close
tight by hooking the latch at the handle.

8. It takes about 12 to 15 minutes to make a round
of waffles depending on the colour preference.
