FRUITTI SMOOTHIE (Makes about 2 – 3 glasses) Ingredients 1 cup cut fresh honeydew and papaya ½ cup low fat plain yogurt ½ cup skimmed milk ½ cup ice cubes Vanilla essence for flavor 1 tsp. (5 gm.) sugar, optional Method 1. Pour all ingredients into Kenwood Smoothie Maker goblet. Add ice cubes last. 2. Press PULSE 2 to 3 times to break up the ice cubes and fruits into smaller pieces. 3. Blend on MIX for 15 seconds then SMOOTH for 30 seconds. 4. Put smooth fruit puree into glasses and chill before serving.
