Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine.
Add Ingredients 1 (water, yeast, flour salt) into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
Mix on speed 1 for 2 minutes.
Mix on speed 2 for 8 minutes.
Transfer contents of the Mixer bowl to a lightly floured surface.
Cover with a tea towel.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball.
Roll each ball out into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Add Ingredients 2 (oil) to the frying pan.
Heat on a medium heat.
Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly brown.
Serve.
