Add 3 tbsp of olive oil, 2 pinches of salt
Add the yeast water mixture
Fit the dough hook
Program with the touch screen, 5 min, speed 4 temp 0° and start
Unstick the dough from the hook and remove it. Add the anti-splash cover
Program 45min speed 0 temp 40° in order to rise the dough and start
Knock back the dough and take it out of the bowl
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Add 5 tbsp of fresh cream and spread over the dough
Cut potatoes into strips and lay them out
Add charcuterie (optional) and pieces of raclette cheese
You can also add some mozzarella
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 30 minutes
Serve
