Slice the first 2 items of Ingredients 5 (apple, cucumber) into a clean small bowl.
Add the next item of Ingredients 5 (lemon juice) to the small bowl.
Pipe the different coloured fillings onto the carrot, cucumber and celery and use as a body for each critter.
To make the snail, use a cucumber or apple disc to resemble the shell.
Use either a grape, blueberry or cherry to resemble the head and add the edible eyes.
