Peel and mash the banana.
Coarsely chop the pecans.
Fit the Whisk tool to the machine.
Add Ingredients 1 (banana, eggs, almonds, cinnamon, sweetener, milk) into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
Mix on speed 1 for about 2 minutes.
Add Ingredients 2 (pecans) to the bowl.
Mix on speed 1 for about 1 minute.
Add Ingredients 3 (oil) to a frying pan.
Heat over a medium heat.
Ladle some of the batter to the frying pan, making a round about 8 cm across.
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve.
