Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Break up the chocolate.
Connect the hand Blender Attachment to power handle.
Fit the blade to the chopper bowl.
Add Ingredients 1 (hazelnut milk, maple syrup) into a small saucepan.
Place over a low heat until simmer and set aside.
Add Ingredients 2 (chocolate, hazelnut butter) into the beaker.
Transfer the hazelnut milk from the saucepan into the beaker.
Blend until smooth.
Add Ingredients 3 (pistachios) into the chopper bowl.
Pulse until roughly chopped.
Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
Add Ingredients 4 (chickpeas, dates) into the chopper bowl.
Pulse until a coarse, dry paste formed.
Add half of the chocolate milk mixture.
Pulse until combined.
Add the remaining chocolate milk mixture.
Pulse on high speed for 30 seconds until combined.
Serve decorated with chopped pistachios.
