Makes: 2 servings

  • 3 beetroot
  • 9 carrots
  • 3 oranges
  • 3cm ginger


  1. Turn on the Kenwood Continuous Juicer to high and add the vegetables and fruit.
  2. Press down with the plug.
  3. Remove the jug with the juice and pour into two glasses with ice.
  4. Add fresh crushed mint leaves as a garnish.
