Peas and Pear

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of frozen peas·
  • 2 large pears, peeled and core removed

 

Method

  1.  Steam the peas and pear for 10 minutes or until very soft then put into the Kenwood Triblade beaker.
  2. Blend using the metal stick until smooth or the desired consistency. Add water/milk/formula as required.

This will freeze well in an ice-cube tray so you can get a few cubes out at a time as required.

Alternative: If pears are out of season, you can use canned pears in juice, just drain them before adding – no need to steam them just add to the steamed peas!
