Chia Jam with No Added Sugar
Serving and storing:
Ideal for use wherever you use jam, or you can layer up with yoghurt as I have done in the photo! It won’t last as long as sugary jams, so you can make and freeze into smaller portions or have some for spreading and make healthy desserts or snacks with the rest. If you want more to layer your yoghurt rather than use it on a spread, double the recipe.
Optional: If you aren’t used to something that’s not very sweet, you can add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (but this of course means it does have added sugar so less is best!).
