Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 x small frozen (peeled) banana
  • 2 x medium (peeled) carrots
  • 1 x tbsp oats
  • 1 x tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup trim milk or alternative choice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of nutmeg – freshly grated or dry
  • Option 1 date or 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 walnuts

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender serve and enjoy. Great for breakfast on a warm summer’s morning or a snack, anytime!
