Raspberry Chia Jam

125g Raspberries           

125g Blueberries           

75g Chia Seeds           

2 tbsp Orange Blossom Honey           

4-5 tbsp Water           


Serves: 10

Difficulty: Medium

Time: 45 minutes

  1. Place the JUICE FILTER into the Kenwood PureJuice Pro.
  2. Juice the ingredients, one at a time in the order listed.
  3. Mix the pulp and juice back together.
  4. Add the pulp to a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Bring the pan to a rolling boil and stir continuously until thickened - about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the heat and leave to cool fully.
  7. Store in a sterilised glass jar.
  8. Consume within 3 days.
