Berry Coulis

  • 500g frozen mixed berries, defrosted 


  1. Fit the fruit press attachment to the front, slow speed outlet of your kitchen machine.
  2. Pass the berries through the fruit press, collect the coulis in a jug and let the pulp fall into a bowl. If you feel it requires, you can pass the pulp through the press again, to maximise the extraction of coulis. You should end up with around 400ml of coulis.
  3. Use the coulis to top Greek yogurt, your favourite porridge, or even ice cream
