4 cloves of garlic, peeled
4cm piece of ginger
2 red chillies, deseeded
2 shallots, peeled
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: no cooking 


  1. Add all of the ingredients into the blender and mix on a medium speed until you have a paste.
