Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Can be made with these products:


  • 375ml hot full fat milk
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 90ml brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 3 pinches pumpkin pie spice *

*For the Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg


  1. To make the pumpkin pie spice, mix all the spice ingredients in a bowl. Any leftovers can be kept for up to 6 months stored in an airtight container.
  2. In a small saucepan warm the milk on the hob.
  3. Transfer into the Kenwood Triblade beaker and add the sugar, vanilla extract and 2 pinches of the pumpkin pie spice and blend with the whisk attachment until frothy.
  4. Pour the mixture into one or two coffee mugs topped up with brewed coffee and finished with whipped cream and one last pinch of the pumpkin pie spice mix.
