Crunchy Peanut and Chocolate Bonbons

Total time: 15 minutes, plus refigeration time.

Makes: 24 bonbons

Method:

• Line a large baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat. 
• Attach the EasyWarm bowl, creaming beater and splash guard. Add the peanut butter, syrup, butter into the bowl. 
• Set the temperature to 70°C(9), the speed to 0 and press Start. 
• Once the mixture has melted, select minimum speed and stir until combined.
• Add the almonds and crushed biscuits into the EasyWarm bowl. Set the machine to speed 1 and stir until combined.  
• Using the palms of your hands press small amounts of the mixture firmly into small balls. Place on a tray, chill for 30 mins. 
• Clean and retrieve the EasyWarm bowl, fit the creaming beater and splash guard. Add the chocolate into the warming mixer bowl and select the ‘Chocolate melting’ pre-set and press Start. 
• Mix until the chocolate has melted, and the mixture is combined.
• Dip each of the chilled bon bons halfway into the melted chocolate, then into the chopped nuts. 
• Place onto a silicone mat or lined baking tray and allow the chocolate to set before serving.
