Fish Soup

  • 150g onion                                         thinly sliced
  • 45g celery stalks                                finely sliced
  • 75g carrot                                          finely sliced
  • 60g fennel bulb                                  quartered, finely sliced
  • 1 garlic clove                                      crushed
  • 1tbsp tomato purée
  • 0.25tsp cayenne pepper
  • 60ml white wine
  • 600ml fish stock
  • Seasoning                                         a pinch
  • 300g salmon fillet                              skinned, 2cm cube
  • 100g cod fillet                                    skinned, 2cm cube
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 20g fresh parsley                              destemmed, finely chopped



  • Add the onion, celery, carrot, fennel, garlic, puree, cayenne, wine, stock, seasoning into the goblet.
  • Attach the lid.
  • Select the ‘Chunky Soup’ preset programme.
  • Press ‘Start’.
  • After 15 minutes press ‘Pause’.
  • Add fish, lemon juice, parsley into the goblet.
  • Press ‘Start’.
  • Serve.
