100g easy cook pudding rice750ml hot full fat cream milk20g butter50g white sugar5ml vanilla extract½ teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon crushed cardamom seeds50g glace cherries - washed and cut into quarters
To finish2 table spoons cream - single or double50g pistachio nuts - roasted and chopped
