4 duck breasts1 x 195g jar of Chinese hoisin sauce100ml red wineZest of 1 orange25g sesame seeds4 sliced spring onions
This worked very well. However i halved the amount of hoi sin sauce and replaced it with the juice of an orange.
This was very piquant and not overwhelmed by the flavour of the hoi sin.
