Coffee Liqueur Smoothie

  1. Place the coffee, milk, liqueur and sugar, if using in the Liquidiser. Add the ice cream, set the timer for 10 seconds and blend at speed 1 or 2. Increase to maximum and blend for a few seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 large glasses and serve immediately.


200ml (7fl oz) Espresso coffee
150ml (¼ pint) milk
30ml (2 tbsp) Irish Whiskey Cream liqueur e.g. Baileys
5-10ml (1-2 tsp) sugar, optional
4 small scoops, about 200g (7oz), vanilla ice cream
