Method

  1. Using the Continuous Juice Extractor, process the fresh root ginger and then the carrots and finally add the orange.
  2. Stir the juices together to combine, pour into a glass and serve.

Ingredients

2.5cm (1 inch) piece fresh root ginger
3 carrots
1 orange, peel and pith removed
