Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Can be made with these products:


  • 200g medjool dates, pitted 
  • 50g cashew nuts 
  • 50g roasted peanuts
  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 25g desiccated coconut 
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 15g whey protein powder 
  • 50g dark chocolate chips


  • Place the dates, nuts and oats into the food processor attachment of your Chef and secure the lid.  
  • Using the pulse control, pulse until the dates and nuts are quite finely chopped.
  • Add the remaining ingredients apart from the chocolate chips. Pulse again until everything is blended and starts to come together.
  • Remove the blade and stir in the chocolate chips. Form the mixture into tablespoon sized balls.  
  • Place in clean, sealed containers in the refrigerator. Keep for up to 2 weeks.
