Super Green Goddess Smoothie

Can be made with these products:


  • 1 apple
  • 5g ginger root, peeled
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 16 leaves parsley leaves
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon squeezed)
  • 150ml bottled sparkling water


  1. Core the apple and cut it into quarters then peel the ginger.
  2. Wash and chop the cucumber and celery into approximately 3cm sized pieces.
  3. Place all the ingredients into the blender and attach to the food processor base.
  4. Process on max speed until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
