Can be made with these products:

  • 60g white chocolate
  • 75ml double cream
  • 50g blanched hazelnuts
  • 50g blanched almonds
  • 5 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar (plus additional for dusting)

  • Add the hazelnuts and almonds to your Kenwood Multipro Sense Food Processor bowl and using the knife blade attachment pulse until roughly chopped. Add 3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut and 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and process until the nuts are finely ground. (Over mixing will make the mixture turn oily).
  • Remove the mixture into a separate bowl and put to one side. Place the white chocolate into the food processor bowl and mix with the knife blade attachment, on a slow to medium speed, until finely chopped. Add the chocolate to the nut mixture.
  • In a pan bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the mixture, stirring well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut and sift 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and mix together.
  • Then roll, with your hands, small balls of the chocolate and nut mixture. Then roll these balls into the coconut and icing mixture. Continue to do this until all the mixture is used up. Refrigerate overnight.
