Multi Grain Bread
Tiptsp = 5ml Teaspoontbsp = 15ml Tablespon
410ml water 160g eggs 45ml sunflower oil (or other vegetable oil) 5ml cider vinegar 260g white rice flour 65g brown rice flour 65g chick pea flour 110g cornflour or potato flour 2tsp xanthan gum 1tsp salt 25g sugar 1/2 tsp yeast
