Method

Follow instructions for Program 6.

Note: Use light crust colour.

tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Unbleached White Bread Flour 600g 500g 350g
Salt 1 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp 1 tsp
Sugar 80g 60g 30g
Easy Blend Dried Yeast 2 1/2 tsp 2 tsp 1 tsp
