Egg Enriched White Bread

BM210 - Program 1


  1. Put the egg/eggs into the measuring cup or jug and add sufficient water to give liquid:
    380ml for 1kg loaf
    270ml for 750kg
  2. Add the ingredients to the pan in order listed in the above recipe. 

tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon 


For 900g loaf 
2 eggs
Water - see Point 1 
1 /2 tbsp tbsp vegetable oil 
500g unbleached white bread flour 
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar 
7g easy blend dried yeast

For 700g loaf 
Egg 1 + 1 egg yolk 
Water - see Point 1 
1 tbsp vegetable oil 
400g unbleached white bread flour 
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar 
1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast
