  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add minced beef, tinned red kidney beans, tinned chopped tomatoes, beef stock and chilli powder to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  8. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 2
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Add red bell pepper to a clean cutting board
  14. Prepare baking sheet
  15. Decorate
  16. Stuff filling into peppers
  17. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  18. Serve
