These spooky peppers will impress at your Halloween party!

400g Tinned Red Kidney Beans
150g Red Onion
300g Minced Beef
400g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
150ml Beef Stock
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
4 Red Bell Peppers

Method
Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
Pre-heat oven - 200°C
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add minced beef, tinned red kidney beans, tinned chopped tomatoes, beef stock and chilli powder to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 2
Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
Add red bell pepper to a clean cutting board
Prepare baking sheet
Decorate
Stuff filling into peppers
Bake - 10 min, 200°C
