A simple recipe that makes a wonderful side dish to accompany your main meal. Remove the stalks carefully from the mushrooms, keeping the caps whole. To save waste, use the stalks in the stuffing mixture and slice them through the Direct Prep with the onions.

    1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
    2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
    3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
    4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
    5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
    6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
    7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
    8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
    9. Slice onion and mushroom stalks into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
    10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
    11. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
    12. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 3
    13. Then add smoked lardons to the kCook bowl
    14. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
    15. Then add tomato paste to the kCook bowl
    16. Season
    17. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
    18. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
    19. Add portobello mushroom to a clean baking sheet
    20. Stuff content of kCook bowl into mushrooms
    21. Top with cheddar cheese
    22. Sprinkle with dried oregano
    23. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
    24. Serve
