A quick fragrant mussel dish which can be served as a starter or a main course for two with crusty bread and a glass of white wine.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  6. Then add ground coriander, ground turmeric and cayenne pepper to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 40 sec, 100°C, speed 4
  8. Then add spring onion, lemongrass stalk, ginger and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, 120°C, speed 3
  10. Then add white wine, lime juice and salt to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  12. Then add mussels to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 140°C, speed 1
  14. Serve
  15. Garnish with coriander and fresh chilli
