These doughy breadsticks are perfect for dipping. Try garlic butter, olive oil and balsamic or with our Tzatziki recipe.

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add all purpose flour and salt to the dough
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  9. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  10. Knead lightly
  11. Shape into logs
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  14. Prove - approx 1 hr
  15. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  16. Brush with egg
  17. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  18. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
  19. Serve
