These biscuits look impressive but are simple to make.
Ingredients
225g Butter
110g Caster Sugar
225g All Purpose Flour
110g Cornflour
2 tablespoons Water
50g Cocoa Powder
Milk as needed
Granulated Sugar as needed

Plastic wrap

Baking sheet - 18 x 13"
Kcook bowl
Work surface
Lightly floured surface
Baking tray - medium
Method
Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
Fit max blade to kCook bowl
Add caster sugar and butter to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
Then add all purpose flour and cornflour to the kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
Then add water to the kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
Transfer half of the dough to work surface
Wrap with plastic wrap
Chill in fridge - 1 hr
Add cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 10
Transfer dough to work surface
Wrap with plastic wrap
Chill in fridge - 1 hr
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
Roll each dough out to about 30 cm x 20 cm in length
Brush with milk
Brush the plain dough with the milk
Place the chocolate dough on top and press lightly
Even the edges of the dough
Roll the dough into a tight spiral
Wrap with plastic wrap
Chill in fridge - 30 min
Pre-heat oven - 180°C
Add granulated sugar to a clean baking tray
Roll the dough in the sugar
Slice evenly
Transfer biscuits to baking sheet
Bake - 12 min, 180°C
Let cool
Serve
