If the juicer has stopped during normal operation, probably the filter and the scroll are clogged. Press the REVERSE FUNCTION button for 3-5 seconds. Repeat the process 2-3 times untilthe foodbecomesdislodged. Once the food isreleased, youcan startjuicingagain.
