Sausage Stuffing using Kenwood Kitchen Machine

  • Equipment used: Kitchen Machine (Chef or Major), Food Processor with thin shred disc, K-beater


  1. Heat the oven to 375°F
  2. Peel the onion and cut in half. Using the thin shred disc on speed 2, shred the onion and celery. Strain the excess water from the bowl.
  3. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl. Attach the K beater. Turn to min speed for 1 minute or until well combined.
  4. Spread into a baking sixe (9 x 9). For a moister stuffing, pour 3 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth before baking. Cook in the oven for 30-40mins


If you want to use the Cooking Chef, combine all the ingredients except the bread, set temperature to 220 and use the stirring tool for at stir speed 2 for about 10 minutes until sausage is done. Turn off the heat and add in bread. Mix on minimum speed so ingredients incorporate. Serve hot or place in bag to cook again inside meat. 


  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • 8 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small red onion
  • 14 oz of spicy Italian sausage, removed from casing
  • 1 14oz container of corn bread stuffing
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instead of sausage, you can also using turkey sausage, chicken sausage or chopped eggplant.
