  1. Bake on 350ºF for 5-6 minutes on a baking sheet fresh pecans until toasted and golden. On another baking sheet, add the turkey bacon to the oven. Both should finish around the same time.
  2. Once cooled then add the pecans to the MultiPro and chop until medium fine. Then remove and add the turkey until chopped into medium pieces. Set aside a tablespoon of turkey bacon for garnish
  3. Then using the shredding disc, add in your aged cheddar cheese and finely shred. Remove the disc and the cheese and set aside.
  4. Then using the thin slicing disc add in the green onion and set aside. Keep one tablespoon of green onion for garnish.
  5. Add back to the MultiPro the Chopper attachment, add the cream cheese and pulse until smooth, then add in the pumpkin puree until blended into the cheese mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl combine the cheese and pumpkin mixture with a pecans, turkey bacon, cheese, onions and salt and cinnamon with a spatula. Gently fold all of the ingredients.
  7. Recommend to chill the dip for 1 hour before serving. The dip is now ready to be served with your turkey bacon and onion garnish. Goes great with crackers or pita chips.
