Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Line the muffin tin with paper cases
Fit the Creaming beater to the machine
Add the first three items of Ingredients 1 (eggs, oil, milk) into the Mixer bowl
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard
Mix on medium speed until combined
Gradually add the next item of Ingredients 1 (caster sugar) into the Mixer bowl
Mix until the sugar has dissolved
Add the remaining Ingredients 1 (flour, baking powder, tea, salt) into the bowl
Mix until smooth and well combined
Transfer the mixture into the muffin tin until two-thirds full
Bake at 180ºC for about 20 minutes until the dough rises and browns
Sprinkle with icing sugar
