125 g butter, unsalted
250 g dark chocolate
4  eggs
75 g brown sugar
75 g brown sugar
50 g cream
150 g T55 flour
1 pinch salt

120 g cane sugar

170 g T55 flour
1 sachet baking powder
150 g milk chocolate chips
1 pinch salt


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Preheat the oven to 170° celsius

STEP 2/5

In the Cook Easy bowl, mix the sugars and eggs using the K beater

At speed 8 for 1 minute

set aside in a container

STEP 3/5

Melt the butter in pieces and the chocolate in the bowl at 80° while mixing with the mixer at speed 3

Add your stage 1 mixture to the bowl and mix at speed 7

Incorporate using of your scale the 50g of liquid cream, a pinch of salt and the 150g of flour, always mix at speed 7

Pour this preparation into your previously buttered and floured mould

Leave to cool

STEP 4/5

Melt the butter in your bowl at 90°C

Weigh the sugar in the bowl and mix using the K Beater at speed 7

Add the egg while mixing at speed 7

Insert the Knife Blade, then the flour and the yeast, it is now that you can also add the salt, mix a few seconds at speed 7

STEP 5/5

 Let your cookie dough cool before adding the chocolate chips

Put the preparation on your brownie, then in the oven at 175°C for 25 minutes

Let cool and cut into squares and serve
