Weigh the sugar in the bowl and mix using the K Beater at speed 7
Add the egg while mixing at speed 7
Insert the Knife Blade, then the flour and the yeast, it is now that you can also add the salt, mix a few seconds at speed 7
Let your cookie dough cool before adding the chocolate chips
Put the preparation on your brownie, then in the oven at 175°C for 25 minutes
Let cool and cut into squares and serve
