Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease the square tin and line with parchment paper
Fit the Stir Tool to the kCook bowl
Add Ingredients 1 (chocolate, butters) into the kCook bowl
Fit the kCook bowl to the machine
Attach the lid and ensure the filler cap is NOT fitted
Heat at 60ºC on speed 3 for 5 minutes
Add Ingredients 2 (sugar, flour, egg) into the kCook bowl
Attach the lid and ensure the filler cap IS fitted
Mix on speed 5 for 2 minutes
Add Ingredients 3 (pecans) into the kCook bowl
Mix on speed 5 for 1 minute
Pour the batter into the prepared square tin
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Turn out onto a wire rack
Cut into squares
