Ingredients

Servings: 6
Makes: 1

100 g ground almonds
100 g butter, Cut the butter into cubes and leave at room temperature to soften.
100 g plain flour
100 g icing sugar
50 g chopped hazelnuts
0.5 tsp. ground nutmeg


500 g green apple, Peel, core and cut the apple into 2 cm cubes.
160 g brown sugar
0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon


250 g rhubarb, Trim and cut the rhubarb into 2 cm pieces.


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Fit the Max Blade to the kCook Bowl

Fit the kCook Bowl to the machine

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C

STEP 2/5

Add Ingredients 1 (almond, butter, flour, sugar, hazelnut, nutmeg) into the kCook bowl

Attach the lid and ensure the Filler cap is fitted

Blend for 10 seconds on speed 12

Transfer the crumble mix into a medium bowl

STEP 3/5

Retrieve and clean the kCook bowl and fit the Stir Tool

Add Ingredients 2 (apple, sugar, cinnamon) into the bowl

Cook for 10 minutes, at 94°C on speed 3

STEP 4/5

Add Ingredients 3 (rhubarb) into the kCook bowl

Cook for 2 minutes, at 94 ºC on speed 3

Pour the fruit mixture into the baking dish

Sprinkle on the crumble topping

STEP 5/5

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown
