A delicious vegetable soup made using the Triblade Pan Blending wand.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4


  1. Add all the ingredients to the stock in the pan and bring to the boil.Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and using the Triblade Pan Blending attachment push in to the mixture to submerge. Blend on speed 5 or Turbo for approximately 1½ minutes until smooth. Return to the heat and warm through.
  3. Serve into warm serving bowls with crusty bread.


  • 1 small onion, peeled and halved
  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • 2 potatoes, peeled
  • 175g (6oz) swede, peeled and diced
  • 175g (6oz) turnip, peeled and diced
  • 3 tomatoes, halved
  • 900ml (1½ pints) stock - vegeatble or chicken
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to season
