Tomato Sauce

Tomato Sauce is a common condiment used around the world, create your own fresh version with this simple recipe.

Method

1. Add the tomatoes, garlic, sugar and seasoning to a pan and bring to the boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes
2. Remove the pan from the heat and using the Triblade Pan Blending attachment push into the mixture to submerge. Blend on the standard speed or speed 5 depending on the model for approximately 1½ minutes until smooth.
3. Allow to cool and pour into a clean container and store in the refrigerator. 
   
   Note: Fresh Tomato sauce will last up to 7 days.
