  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100g porridge oats
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Roughly chop the strawberries and add to the beaker.
Peel and chop down the banana.
Add all the ingredients to the beaker.
Blend until smooth.

Oats make you fuller for longer - this can help towards weight loss.
