Raspberry Coulis

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes plus Chilling
Tools: Colander and Sieve


  1. Place the fine screen from the Colander and Sieve rough side uppermost, in the bowl carrier and place in the Kenwood Bowl.
  2. Add the raspberries and icing sugar and sieve on speed 1-2. Remove the screens and stir in the liqueur, if using.
  3. Serve cold with desserts, ice creams and gâteaux.


250g (9oz) raspberries, fresh or frozen defrosted
15-30 ml (1-2 tbsp) icing sugar
dash of liqueur e.g. framboise, kirsch or cointreau, optional
