Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups perfection fresh raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup of almond milk, or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 2 dates (without seeds)
  • ice cubes (however many you would like)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  2. If it is too thick, add more milk, whichever was used previously.
  3. Serve immediately, or keep it covered in the refrigerator until ready to drink.
