Cauliflower Rice

  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Attach the Food Processor attachment to the HIGH outlet on your Kenwood kitchen machine.
  2. Insert the knife blade. Add half of the cauliflower. Secure the lid.
  3. Pulse until finely chopped. Set aside. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the food processor. Secure the lid.
  5. Pulse until roughly chopped.
  6. Heat oil in a large frypan over medium heat.
  7. Add onions and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
  8. Add cauliflower. Cook , stirring, for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with your favourite casserole or curry.
