Chia Nut Protein Balls

  • 10 medjool dates, pitted 
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted 
  • ½ cup almonds 
  • ½ cup raw cashew nuts 
  • ½ cup shredded coconut 
  • ¼ cup chia seeds 
  • ¼ cup protein powder 
  • 1 teaspoon salt flakes


  1. Place all ingredients into your Blend-X Pro. Secure the lid.  
  2. Using the variable speed control, place on medium speed. This will take approximately 1 minute or until ingredients are roughly chopped. You may need to use the baton to push ingredients down to the blades. 
  3. Form mixture into tablespoon sized balls.  
  4. Place in clean, sealed containers in the refrigerator. Keep for up to 2 weeks.
