Healthy Brownies recipe by my kitchen rules

  • 1 cup walnuts 
  • 3/4 cup dates 
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder or raw cacao 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Attach the Food Processor attachment to the high speed outlet of your Kenwood Chef Sense kitchen machine. 
  2. Insert the knife blade. 
  3. Add all ingredients into the bowl. Lock the lid. 
  4.  Using the variable speed control, place on high speed for 30 seconds or until all ingredients are finely chopped. 
  5. Remove the blade. 
  6. Form mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Roll in crushed nuts, cocoa or coconut. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
