What foods can the slicing blades be used with?
The slicing blade is suitable for a variety foods including, meat, poultry,bread, cakes, sandwiches, fruit and vegetables.
Partially thawed or lightly frozen foods require a model that includes suitable 'freezer' blades (larger teeth).
How do I clean my electric knife?
Wash the blades by hand in warm, sudsy water and dry thoroughly (Dishwashing is not recommended). Ensure the protective cover is in place before storing.
To clean the power unit, wipe with damp cloth and dry. Do not immerse in water.
Do I need to sharpen the blades?
No, the blades will not require any sharpening.
