Ein verchromtes Metallgehäuse und ein Teigwareneinsatz aus Bronze helfen, dass der Teig nicht anklebt. Im Lieferumfang ist ein Teigwareneinsatz für Maccheroni Rigati enthalten. Durch das manuell verschiebbare Edelstahlmesser kann die Pasta nach individuellen Vorlieben abgeschnitten werden.

Der italienische Profi-Nudelaufsatz ist mit 13 verschiedenen Teigwareneinsätzen erweiterbar.
