If you’re looking for a great time and money saver in the kitchen, a food mincer attachment is the perfect addition to our range of stand mixers including the kMix range, Cooking Chef and Patissier XL.
It’s a high performance grinder that’s great for mincing meat, fish, vegetables and even dried fruits, meaning you could spend less on ready-ground foods from the supermarket.
We’ll show you how to get the most from the attachment by sharing some of our favourite recipes including delicious homemade sausages and meatballs.
How to use a food mincer
The food mincer attachment is a versatile and easy to use tool that every kitchen needs. You can prepare a variety of dishes whilst getting the satisfaction from knowing exactly what has gone into your food.
The mincer works by simply attaching it to your Kenwood stand mixer and placing your ingredients on the metal tray. You then push the food (gently) through the mincer attachment - you’ll have freshly minced food in no time at all.
There’s three screens to choose from, fine (3mm), medium (4.5mm) or coarse (8mm), and the attachment also comes with two sausage makers and one kebbe maker for making specialist dishes.
Making food from scratch is a simple yet rewarding task with the food mincer, giving you the opportunity to select cuts of meat to get a fuller flavour, and reducing food waste by only preparing the food that you need. You can also manage any dietary requirements such as avoiding gluten by making sausages to your own recipe.
